No. Unfortunately we cannot get exact weights from our butcher. The large size of our orders means it isn't cost effective to divide our units exactly. That being said, we guarantee a limited 1 ounce margin -/+ between listed weight and actual weight. Sometimes you will get more than you paid for, and sometimes you will get less.
Yes. Within reason (don't show up at 2 in the morning- you won't be able to see anything anyways), 24 hrs after you have placed your order you can stop by the farm any time that works for you. Go to the customer freezer and pick up your order- in a bag with your name on it. If you need meat faster than our usual 24 hour turn-around, just give us a ring and we'll do our best to have your order ready when you need it.
